Overview
Telemedicine (also known as telehealth) encompasses a range of electronic communications between medical personnel and patients at different locations. For the purposes of this payment policy, “telemedicine services” refer to healthcare services delivered via real-time, two-way electronic audiovisual communications. These services facilitate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and care management while the patient is at an originating site, and the healthcare provider is at a distant site. This approach aligns with applicable state and federal laws and regulations.
Medical Criteria
All medical conditions except those barred by the Telemedicine Guidelines as published by Ministry of Health & Family welfare, Government of India.

Policy Statement
We will charge for telemedicine and facilitate diagnostic & medicine supplies from Pathology laboratories & Pharmacy when the following criteria are met:
The patient is present during the service.
The provider renders services in one of the following locations:
Suwasth health clinic (SHC)
Patient residential locations
Telemedicine services are limited to the following providers:
Physician
Refund Policy
We will not be providing any refund for providing any of the above services.
